Every Wedding Day Process starts with a meeting with BOTH the bride and groom. The clients are encouraged to express their own individual vision for their Wedding Day event and from there, WE start putting it all together. At the final meeting prior to the Wedding date, everything that was discussed prior to, is formulated into a Scheduled Timeline to assist with Wedding Day order. Destination Weddings here in New Orleans are given extra attention to make sure the Wedding event is Stress-Free.

As seen in the video, there is also a process in setting up for the event....from multiple speakers to fill the room up with crystal clear melodies to several stands of party lights to change the mood, fog machines, spot light, and RECENTLY ADDED UPLIGHTING !!!! . So please understand that New Orleans Wedding DJ, DjBabyFaceWilliams, is very adamant about things going right and being worth every penny spent !

The Wedding Day process...

What to expect from DjBabyFaceWilliams.....

--Arrive at venue an average of 2hrs in advance

--Properly dressed for event

--Two(2) scheduled meetings to include Bride & Groom

--First meeting to discuss vision and expectations

--Second meeting to discuss primary songs and Event Time-Line

--Open and willing to go with the flow of the clients request

--Open and willing to work with vendors(i.e. Event planners, photographers,....)

--Quality sounding and professional looking equipment. (Up to 5 speakers)

--In most cases, a wireless speaker system (up to 2 speakers) can be used to get a full surround sound.

--Lapel Mic for Marriage Officiant

--Spot-Light (several colors to choose from) for First Dance

--Dance floor party lights !!!

--Clean/Edited musical choices for all requested genres

--To go above and beyond clients expectations

--Ceremony CD if needed

--Assistance with planning and decision making

--Overall, STRESS-FREE Service !!!
